Termite control
Baiting systems that attract the colony and kill it — effective on the full range of termites found on the Gold Coast.
Ant control
Ants are social, so where one goes the rest follow. Internal and external treatment breaks the trail for good.
Cockroach control
Cockroaches carry viruses and parasite eggs and eat what you eat. German cockroaches need a targeted program.
Rodent control
Rats spread disease and mice gnaw electrical wiring, which starts house fires. Both need controlling properly.
Flea control
Pet still scratching after treatment? The fleas are in the environment. The cycle has to be broken, not just the pet.
Spider control

Trelona® ATBS, backed by Termidor®
After nearly two decades in the industry Richard settled on BASF’s Trelona® Advanced Termite Baiting System — it controls the full range of termites found on the Gold Coast and needs less frequent inspection intervals, which makes it cheaper to run.
The system also pairs with Termidor® Residual Termiticide and Termidor® HE — names that have been trusted in Australian pest control since 2002. Baits attract the colony and kill it; the soil treatment stops the next one getting in.

The things homeowners, agents and body corporates ask most.
What should I do before you arrive?
Clear skirting areas, move pet bowls and toys, cover aquariums and tidy benches. Outside, trim vegetation touching walls and move items away from the house edge if you can.
How long does a treatment take?
Most standard homes take 60–90 minutes. Larger homes or complex infestations take longer, and Richard will tell you that upfront.
How long does it last?
General pest treatments typically last 6–12 months depending on pest pressure, weather and housekeeping. Targeted treatments — German cockroaches, bed bugs — may need follow-ups.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Warranties vary by pest and service type, and your coverage and any conditions are documented on the invoice and report.
Can you treat termites?
That is the specialty. Full termite inspections, spot treatments and long-term protection using Trelona® ATBS baiting or soil treatments, chosen for your property and its risk.
It rained — will the treatment still work?
Light rain is usually fine once the product has dried. Heavy rain during or just after an external application may mean a reschedule or a touch-up. Ask and Richard will advise.
Will you treat inside and outside?
Yes. A standard service targets exterior walls, weep holes, eaves and gardens, plus internal hotspots like kitchens, bathrooms and roof voids as needed.
Do you service strata and rentals?
Yes. Richard works with property managers and body corporates and can provide entry notices, photographs and compliance documentation.
Do you handle commercial sites?
Cafés, warehouses, offices and more. Commercial programs include site maps, baiting schedules and logbooks for audits.
How much does it cost?
It depends on pest type, property size and access. You get a clear fixed quote before the work starts — no surprises.
How soon can you come out?
Priority slots are kept for urgent problems: wasps, rodents, active termites. Call and Richard will aim to fit you in fast.

What can I do to prevent pests between visits?
Seal gaps, fit weep-hole covers where appropriate, keep bins closed, fix leaks, store pet food securely and trim plants away from walls.
